Data & Information Security: ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Certified

Privacy, data and information security are important topics and not just to our clients but also to us here at ZetaSafe.

We have always taken security seriously and believe it forms an important part of us delivering ZetaSafe.

That is why we are pleased to announce that ZetaSafe is ISO 27001 certified, Cyber Essential Certified and have also become members of CiSP (UK Government’s Cyber Security Information Sharing Partnership).

What is ISO 27001?

ISO 27001 is the international standard that provides the specification for a best-practice information security management system (ISMS).

Achieving accredited certification to ISO 27001 provides an independent, expert assessment that our information security policies and procedures are managed in line with international best practice. This involves over 140 security controls and regular external audits to verified our security controls implementation.

What is Cyber Essentials?

A UK Government backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common online threats. This requires ZetaSafe to have specific policies and procedures in place and, requires that our network is externally scanned for vulnerabilities.

What is CiSP?

A joint industry and UK Government initiative set up to exchange cyber threat information in real time, in a secure, confidential and dynamic environment, increasing situational awareness and reducing the impact on UK business.
