Coronavirus / Covid-19: Practical help from ZetaSafe

Following up on our email last week regarding service continuity in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we wanted to keep you updated on activities at ZetaSafe.

We have taken the decision to redirect our development resources, to focus solely on features and functions specifically designed to help you most efficiently manage key aspects of your schedules and testing, which are subject to rapid and unpredictable change during this challenging time.

Please be assured that ZetaSafe and Micad are working together to best support all our clients. If there is anything else we can do to support you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Bulk ‘could not completes’

We are seeing our clients and service providers increasingly unable to carry out compliance checks due to reasons such as: no access to site, limited resource, and other tasks taking priority (such as additional deep cleaning in hospitals).

In response to this, we have developed a new feature which allows you to import a reason for non completion across multiple tasks and assets at once. This marks your schedules visibility within ZetaSafe with the reason you couldn’t complete the task. Saving you time and allowing you to focus on urgent tasks.

Rolling Schedules

Rolling Schedules have been implemented to enable, in particular, protective filter change management and outlet flushing to enabling maximum program flexibility on bacteria control and compliance checking regimes.

Free web based training

We’d like to offer free web based training for staff who may not be as familiar with ZetaSafe whilst covering for others.

Synchronisation of data

Please always ensure you:

  • follow best practice guidelines with regards to synchronising ZetaMobile
  • do not leave data on devices for a prolonged period of time.

Please email info@zetasafe.com or contact your Account Manager to use this functionality or arrange web based training.
